Hear Hear! I feel that the current pciloy of charging for a bag for life could be changed. If people were charged for plastic bags and given a bag for life I am sure it would make people think about buying a plastic bag and hurt their pockets. I am not sure how this could be implemented but I feel it should be up for discussion.
